Every custom invitation suite begins from scratch with a concept, and is developed from the ground up with clarity, care, and a strong attention to detail.

This is a collaborative but guided process. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Whether you come with a clear vision or just a starting point, I’ll refine and translate your ideas into a cohesive, well-considered design.

From there, each suite is designed, printed, and hand-assembled with a focus on both aesthetics and presentation, so the final result feels complete, not pieced together.

To provide the highest level of service and attention to detail, we accept a limited number of custom invitations per month. Design slots are reserved in the order that contracts and deposits are received. 25% of the contracted price is due at signing to secure your project. This ensures that every custom suite receives the care, craftsmanship, and time it deserves.
    1. Initial Consultation – A complimentary 40-minute video, phone, or email consultation to discuss your vision, style, and needs. You’ll then complete a brief intake form so I can begin crafting your personalized quote.

    2. Quoting & Contracting – Receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment. Once approved and deposit received, your project officially begins.

    3. Design & Proofing – Collaborate on your custom suite with digital proofs and unlimited revisions. Final artwork is approved before production.

    4. Production & Assembly – I handle ordering, printing, and hands-on assembly of your invitations, keeping you updated along the way.

    5. Delivery or Mailing – Invitations are mailed directly to guests or shipped to you, depending on your preferences.

    6. Final Details – Optional day-of stationery (programs, menus, signage, escort cards) is finalized and produced.

  • Each custom invitation project is unique, so there are no pre-set minimums. After your initial consultation and review of your vision, you’ll receive a custom, itemized quote tailored to your wedding or event.

    Your investment will reflect factors such as:

    • Guest count / quantity of invitations

    • Paper selection and printing method (digital, letterpress, foil, etc.)

    • Design complexity and custom graphics

    • Optional add-ons like wax seals, ribbons, and day-of stationery

    The average TSB couple spends $1,800 for custom invitations and $4,000 for their entire dream stationery.

  • Inquiring early ensures plenty of time for proofing, production, and optional upgrades without stress.

    Below is a standard timeline:

    • 9+ months before – Begin designing (optional) Save the Dates.

    • 6–8 months before – Reserve your custom wedding invitation suite. Collaboration begins on design direction, details, and full suite creation.

    • 10–12 weeks before – Your fully assembled invitations are mailed to guests or shipped to you

    • 4–6 weeks before – RSVP deadline and optional day-of stationery finalized.

    Upon contracting, every custom design client will receive a personalized timeline with drafting, revision, and mailing deadlines.
