How do I order? TOP

1) Choose a design.

2) Fill out the order form. You will be directed to PayPal's secure site.

3) If applicable, email your photos to jennifer@thestationeryboutique.com.

4) I will email you with a proof within 24-48 hours. At this point you can make any necessary changes to your design until you are happy, or approve the proof.

5) After you approve the proof, the design will be sent to a professional lab for processing.

6) After processing, your order will be shipped to your door within 3 - 5 business days.

Where do I send my photos? TOP
Please email your high resolution photos to jennifer@thestationeryboutique.com.

When will I get my order? TOP

Once payment is received and you approve the online proof, your order will be sent to printing.

Photo cards have one to two day processing. Cards printed on 14 pt Gloss Stock have up to five days processing.

Allow 2 - 3 business days for shipping.

Your order will arrive at your door within 7 - 10 business days.

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for shipping. Products are mailed through USPS Priority Mail.

Do you accept professional photos? TOP
Yes, but I will need a signed copyright release from your photographer. Otherwise, it is against the law!

What type of paper is used for printing? TOP

Cards are professionally printed on a 14 pt Gloss Stock. All photo cards are professionally printed on Fuji Crystal Archive Professional Paper with a matte finish.

Business and Mom Cards are printed on 14 pt. gloss cover stock.

All merchandise is printed at a professional facility and NOT on a home printer!

Why do 5 x 5 cards cost more? TOP

There is a little more manual labor involved with the 5 x 5 cards. After the cards are processed at a professional printer they are sent back to me to be cut into the unique square shape.

Another note on 5 x 5's: The USPS requires extra postage on irregular shaped envelopes. So before you send your cards out, make sure you have the correct postage.
